| Manufacturer | I’m writing this review because for some reason I received an email from the seller this morning about my claim for a return. I did not file a claim to return this item and I am quite happy with my purchase actually. It prompted me to read reviews and I see a lot of people disappointed that this bag doesn’t charge their mobile devices. This bag is not designed to do that. You can connect your own power bank to the included usb cable and store it inside of the bag. Then you plug your phone into the external outlet using your own separate usb cable. This is merely a convenience feature that allows you to more easily access your phone when it needs to charge. I think people are watching the video which skips the step where you hook up the cable to a power bank and store it inside the bag. It only shows a phone being connected to the outlet, but it does say in one of the pictures that a power bank is not included with the bag. As for functionality, I am very pleased with the bag. It fits my 15.6 laptop well and has plenty of pockets. The bottom part of the bag is wider than the top as it tapers as it goes up so keep that in mind if you need a bag that is uniform in width from top to bottom. Again, I’m really not sure why I received an email addressing my return of this item because I’m pleased with this bag and have no plans to return it. |

It has everything I want in a bag. The drink holders have spoiled me for any future bag. I like that it is on the inside, and not visible. It holds my laptop securely. The handles are long enough to fit over my shoulder and be comfortable (that was a necessity in a bag. I have a toddler and need my arms free). The black is a dark gray fabric with black fake leather trim. Looks professional. Only complaint is that with a laptop in the bag and not much else to add weight to valence it out, the bag does not stand upright and will always fall towards the direction opposite the laptop, but if you plan to have a fuller bag, this shouldn’t be an issue. I’m really glad I found this bag. The inside zippered pocket is deep enough to actually use, and so is the zippered outside pocket. It really couldn’t be much better. The bag is designed to be practical and used vs pretty but useless. |
