I was more than happy to pay the $65 price for what I thought looked like quality craftsmanship. But starting in May, the area where the shoulder strap attaches to the bag, the seams started to split. A hole started develop not only between the lining and the outer shell but the seams were coming apart where it is nothing but PU Leather. I had inside, my 15 inch laptop, a folder with about 20 sheets of paper, my wallet and cell phone, and my umbrella. I really, really wanted to love this bag for a long time but it barely lasted 2 months of 5 days a week usage. So very disappointed. |

But I hooked the shoulder strap on and picked it up, at this time I only had my laptop in the bag. The hook broke off. I figured a way around using those hooks and attached the shoulder strap to the hand handles. This seems to work just fine.Update: soon after posting this review Mosiso contacted me letting me know a new bag was on it’s way. Wonderful custom service, the new bag arrived and no complaints, the hooks are holding up and I no longer need to carry more than one bag to and from work. |

I work in sales so I needed a bag large enough to house my sales toolkit, electronics, and personal items. I’m very impressed as to how much this bag can hold. It’s not ideal for bulky or oddly shaped items but I’m still impressed. Also I am very impressed with the strap, it is very sturdy and comfortable.. aka doesn’t dig into my shoulders. I was able to fit a 15inch laptop, 1.5inch binder, wireless keyboard and other random things we women carry. The reason I wasn’t happy with the purchase and returned it was the material. To me, it just looked too plastic and for the price I couldn’t bring myself to keeping it. Then when I carried the bag with a strap with all my things, I felt like it was going break at some point. Trust, if you can get past the plastic look then this is the bag for you. |

I love the bag EXCEPT on May 13th, I picked up the bag and noticed that the seams had pulled away at the points where the shoulder strap hooks are attached on the bag. Of course the deadline for any return was May 6th. This bag will be useless to me now because I use the shoulder strap everyday. I only carry my laptop, pens and a few other accessories in the bag. It is definitely not due to overloading the bag. I would not recommend this bag because it is obviously not durable. |

| Material | It was a nice bag. I loved the color, got many compliments on its looks, and initially thought the three compartments would be perfect. However, I discovered they were too small. I could fit my macbook air and a large folder in this bag but that is it. Things would get lost in the side compartments because the bag is stiff and I couldn’t easily really pull it open to organize. But the thing that put me over the edge was that over time one side would just collapse so I couldn’t set it down without it falling over and everything spilling out. It is a little heavy as well. It didn’t work great as a bag for travel – not that I bought it for that, but it doesn’t fit well under the airline seat and if I needed to get anything out (I fly coach) it was just a huge ordeal because it is so stiff. It looks pretty, but it doesn’t hold as much as it looks like it holds. |
